CloudCorp was established in 1956 to coordinate and facilitate economic development in Cloud County, Kansas. Our mission is to promote, foster, and encourage throughout all economic levels and sectors the appropriate growth of a more diverse and better quality local economy which supports additional quality jobs and new capital investment throughout Cloud County. We work in providing adequate, appropriate and quality goods and services along with a high quality of life throughout Cloud County.

CloudCorp’s mission is accomplished by providing economic development services through the facilitation, coordination, and communication of information, technical assistance, available resources, and joint efforts

among local citizens, public entities, private organizations, current business owners, and economic development prospects to help develop greater economic and social opportunities in Cloud County, Kansas and throughout the North Central Kansas Region.


CloudCorp is advised by a Board of Directors which includes representatives from each of the incorporated communities located in Cloud County and elected officials of local governments and public organizations in Cloud County. Eleven of the 25 Director Seats are designated as "Cloud County At Large." Those Directors are Cloud County citizens who are normally involved in various businesses, industries, community organizations, etc. or who are retired. Terry Koch

Board President

Terry Koch, current city Mayor of Clyde, Kansas, was born and raised in between Clyde and Clifton Kansas and graduated from Clyde High School. He attended NCK Vo Tech for carpentry and when he returned to Clyde he started working in construction. In 1996 he purchased the Farm & Home Supply. He has served on CloudCorps Director board for 9 years now. For 39 years he was an EMT for the City of Clyde and was Director for 25 of those years. Terry has also been a City council member for four years and the Mayor for 10. 

Terry has been married to his wife Brenda since 1980 and they have three daughters: Adura, Darci, and Emily and 7 grandchildren: Gabe, Addie, Lucy, Bella, Colt, Jensen, and Hays.  All three of their children live in the Clyde area. 

In Terry & Brenda's spare time they enjoy caring for their herd of Boer goats. 

Executive Director

Kim Reynolds joined CloudCorp in January, 2019.  As the Executive Director, Kim's primary responsibilities are recruitment of new businesses, retaining current businesses and assisting businesses during expansion within Cloud county.  Kim has been in the Concordia community for 20 years.  She holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Kansas State University and a master’s of liberal studies in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University.  Kim has over 17 years of experience in higher education specifically related to recruitment, retention and fundraising.  Kim resides north of Concordia with her husband J.T. and her three daughters, Peyton, Kendall and Breckyn.

Jessica Brucken

Administrative Assistant & Broadway Plaza Coordinator

Jessica Brucken joined CloudCorp in January, 2016. Jessica is the Broadway Plaza coordinator and is charged with handling the daily operations of CloudCorp. Jessica oversees all financial and technical responsibilities and also handles communications and marketing strategy for CloudCorp . Jessica is originally from Seneca, KS and she attended Cloud County Community College. She continued her education at KU, earning her BFA in Photomedia in 2011. Before working at CloudCorp, she worked at the Cloud County Health Center and the Nazareth Convent and Academy. Jessica resides in the Concordia area with her partner Nick and her very adorable daughters, Vaida & Fiona.
